We’re running a free Quest to hire Intern Innovation Facilitators at Lumi.
If selected, you will lead Quests yourselves, allowing participants to build AI and Durable Skills, while tackling strategic problems in the Financial Services and Health Care Sector and creating implementable solutions.
Even if not selected, you’ll walk away with a certified Lumi Skills Passport, which can be used to find other internship and job opportunities in the sector, all free to enrol and obtain!
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking curious, motivated university students or recent graduates from any background. You should be eager to learn, ready to tackle challenges, and passionate about innovation and problem-solving.Currently Enrolling for November & December 2024 Cohorts!
1. What Is A Quest?
A Quest is a 4 stage Design Thinking journey spread across 10 sessions for current and future employees – to build real-world solutions as well as critical AI and Interdisciplinary Skills essential for the future of work.
We are making our Quests free as part as our hiring process.
2. What Is The Lumi Skills Passport?
The Lumi Skills Passport is a digital credential that documents your achievements and skills developed during the quest. It is certified by a Stanford-affiliated institution, making it a valuable addition to your portfolio that can be shared with potential employers.
3. What Does The Intership Involve & How Long Is It?
The paid internship is virtual and flexible, allowing you to start immediately and work part-time over the course of up to a year or more. As an intern, you will co-facilitate Quests for university students on topics relevant to Financial Services , Health Care and other key sectors.
Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to various areas within Lumi, including marketing, curriculum development, and outreach, providing a well-rounded professional experience.
